Directions to the salon
By car
Located approximately three miles from Junction 11 (Theale) of the M4, conveniently situated as you enter Pangbourne High Street from the A340 at the roundabout outside The Elephant Hotel. We are on the right-hand side nestled next to the beautiful River Pang. Show/Hide More »
Parking can be found at the main town car park off the A329 (Station Road Car Park, RG8 7AN) or at Pangbourne Working Mens Club, or closer to the river at the British Canoeing car park.
Conveniently located from Yattendon, Ashampstead, Upper and Lower Basildon, Follow Yattendon Road towards Pangbourne, join Pangbourne Hill and turn left at Pangbourne Church, at the Elephant junction take a right and you will find us on the left 4 building’s down @ No.9, The High Street.
From Wallingford, Goring, Moulsford and Cholsey, either join the A329 through Lower Basildon and or via Crays Pond on the B471, down Whitchurch Hill, through the toll and you’ll find us on the right as you head out of Pangbourne high street.
By bus
There are good options from all directions – Reading, Wokingham, Basingstoke, Wallingford, Chieveley and Tadley all offer good regular services in both directions. Bustimes.org gives a detailed overview of all services running to and from Pangbourne.
By train
With Pangbourne railway station a 5-minute walk from the salon, travelling by train is a convenient option. On exit from the station turn right along the footpath under the rail bridge along the A329, cross on the pedestrian crossing opposite Dudley Singleton and Daughter. Follow the path round to the left, and we are the fourth building on the right.
